Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data and measurements, and analyzing survey data to create accurate maps and reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, theodolites, and total stations
- Collect data on land characteristics, boundaries, and topography
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all survey work is completed accurately and within set timelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for map creation
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Preference:
We welcome applicants from Pakistan or other African countries who are fluent in English and have experience working as a Land Surveyor. However, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of nationality.
