Administrator for a Growing Company in Shan


Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our growing company in Shan. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist with drafting and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and payments
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese language skills a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
