Facade Specialist


As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and constructing the exterior facades of buildings in Esbjerg. Your main goal will be to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop facade designs that meet aesthetic and structural requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for facade design
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the installation of facades, ensuring they are built according to specifications and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections of completed facades to ensure they meet required standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques related to facade design and construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month
