Sales Manager (Shan, Myanmar)


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Myanmar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we are looking for an Indian national with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and guidance when needed
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback to improve results
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, progress towards targets, and market trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends in the region
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
