Sales Manager - Filipino (Shan, Myanmar)



We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Myanmar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Providing training and support to sales team members
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Must be Filipino (non-native speakers welcome)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Willingness to relocate to Shan, Myanmar (accommodation provided)
