Junior Civil Engineer - Roskilde, Denmark


We are a dynamic and growing civil engineering firm seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil engineering and a passion for designing and constructing infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a civil engineer with 1-2 years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience and be mentored by experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, planning, and construction of various civil engineering projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure project feasibility
- Prepare technical drawings, diagrams, and reports using CAD software
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the civil engineering industry (internships included)
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, or water systems
- Familiarity with Danish building codes and regulations
