An established industrial company in Mombasa is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join their team. This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented painter who can apply various coatings and paints to industrial equipment and structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in industrial painting and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply coatings and paints using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and quality of paint application
- Follow safety protocols while handling hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications
- Experience working with industrial equipment such as spray guns, rollers, brushes, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Salary: $1300 per month (with accommodation)
