Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an exceptional menu that showcases the best of local and international cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that cater to different dietary restrictions and preferences
- Manage inventory, order supplies and maintain food costs within budget
- Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Ensure all food preparation and storage areas meet safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management on special events, promotions or new menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on local flavors and ingredients
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. In addition, we offer benefits such as paid vacation time, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
