Sous Chef
We are in need of a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dar Kulaib. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, creating menus, and overseeing food preparation. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in menu creation and development
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Assist with cost control measures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Certification from a culinary school is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
