We are in search of an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, mapping out land features, and providing accurate measurements for construction or development projects. This position is open to Indian nationals who are willing to relocate to Malindi and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries and record topographical data
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to take accurate measurements
- Create maps and drawings using survey data to document land features
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients or stakeholders
- Ensure all measurements and calculations are accurate and comply with industry standards
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and developers on construction projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to interpret maps, drawings, and other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with other professionals
