Part-Time Commercial Architect

We are searching for a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they adhere to the approved plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture (part-time or full-time)
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Faisalabad or surrounding areas
- Own valid visa for working in Faisalabad (if not originally from Pakistan)
- Availability for occasional site visits during evenings or weekends

Salary: Starting at 1800$ per month (based on experience)
