Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out according to the approved plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
