Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Roskilde



We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Roskilde. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Offer recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation
- Arrange special requests such as flowers, gifts, or special amenities in guest rooms
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills, able to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, transportation options
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
