Senior Accountant


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Identify areas for cost reduction and budget optimization
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nairobi, Kenya.

Nationality Preference:
This job is open to individuals of any nationality. However, preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.

Language Preference:
Proficiency in English is required for this position.
