Entry-Level Machine Operator

We are in search of an entry-level machine operator to join our team in Almada. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this role, as we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a basic understanding of mechanical principles and be able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements and ensure they are properly calibrated
- Operate machinery during production runs, monitoring for any malfunctions or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products and make any necessary adjustments to maintain high standards of quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts, to ensure smooth operation
- Keep accurate records of production data, including downtime, output, and any issues encountered during the shift
