Radio Technician - Nizwa, Canada

Our company is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Nizwa, Canada. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing radio equipment and systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electronics and telecommunications, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new radio equipment and systems according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing radio equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with radio equipment and systems
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Conduct tests on new or repaired equipment to ensure functionality and quality control
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry developments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Proficient in English (French language skills are an asset)
- Strong understanding of electronics, telecommunications and radio frequency principles
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1600 per month
