Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with expertise in managing staff, creating schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, creating schedules, and ensuring quality service
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and decrease expenses
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (accommodation provided)
