Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm in Eschen is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities such as factories, warehouses, and production plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications and budget constraints
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and functional
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary information for project development
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
