Office Assistant (Entry Level)

The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with daily tasks. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Filing and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Performing general office duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Iraq (Preference for Iraqi nationals)

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
