Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our passengers have an exceptional experience from the moment they book their cruise to their return home. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, payments, onboard activities, and other inquiries
- Provide assistance with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Address any customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise itineraries, onboard activities, policies, and procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Preference: Indian nationals preferred; all nationalities welcome to apply.
Note: This position requires working on a cruise ship; candidates must be comfortable with living on board for extended periods of time.
