Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Salary: 1600$
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Cruise Line in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and respond to their inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding cruise line services, packages, and promotions
- Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings or canceling reservations if needed
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay updated on cruise line policies, procedures and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments within the cruise line to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and keep track of all interactions with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field; experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar
