We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee our company's projects in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress against project objectives and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project duration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred but not required
