Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner
- Strong understanding of turning techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good knowledge of machining tools and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select the appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Set up machines according to product specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
