Contract Architecture Manager

As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of architectural projects in La-Condamine. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Your duties will include creating project plans, developing budgets, reviewing design proposals, coordinating project teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture with experience in project management. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential as you will be managing a team of architects and coordinating with various stakeholders. A thorough understanding of building codes and regulations is required to ensure all projects meet legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Salary: $1200 per month
