Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, as well as experience managing large scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure all project phases are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays
- Review and approve design proposals, plans, and specifications
- Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to design standards and regulations
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Proven experience managing large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience working with clients and conducting presentations
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed
