We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Lom, India. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Scan items and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments with accuracy
- Maintain an organized cash register area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate manager if needed
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
