Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments and teams to identify key areas for data analysis and develop solutions to improve business processes. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to improve business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Communicate complex data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection, management, and reporting processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Os, Norway (accommodation provided)
