Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Kolding. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Ensure the quality of products by following proper brewing methods and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- A biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is required
