Part-Time Personal Trainer
As a part-time personal trainer, you will be responsible for providing individualized fitness training programs and support to clients in Vejle. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise plans, nutrition guidance, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Design personalized exercise plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper technique and form for various exercises
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans
- Provide nutrition guidance and create meal plans for clients
- Motivate and support clients to stay on track with their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and research in fitness training
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Knowledge of nutrition principles and ability to create meal plans for clients
- Experience working with diverse populations (e.g. age, fitness level)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Additional certifications or specializations (e.g. sports performance, weight management)
Salary: 1000$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
