As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Acre, Egypt. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong design skills, project management experience, and knowledge of local building codes and regulations. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and designs using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with designs
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
