A reputable architectural firm in Acre is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong understanding of commercial design principles and experience in leading projects from concept to completion.

As our Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for developing innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings. This will include conducting site analysis, creating conceptual designs, preparing detailed construction documents, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site analysis to determine project feasibility
- Create conceptual designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Develop detailed construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
