Executive Chef in Gujrat
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Gujrat. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all meals, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are met. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1400$, without accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and cooking techniques.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Create innovative menus that cater to the preferences and dietary restrictions of guests.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Adhere to local health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to meet budget targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Creative mindset with excellent culinary skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to create menus that are both appealing and cost-effective.
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred).
- Flexibility to work long hours during peak season.
