Surveyor - Land Development

We are in need of a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Zagreb. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. This position requires experience in land development and the ability to work independently. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with their own visa and previous experience in surveying. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

As a Surveyor, your responsibilities will include conducting topographic surveys, creating detailed maps and plans, and providing data analysis for land development projects. You will also be responsible for conducting boundary surveys, verifying property lines, and preparing legal documents related to land ownership. Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills are essential for this role.

To excel in this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Surveyor, preferably with experience in land development projects. A degree or certification in surveying or related field is also required. Familiarity with surveying equipment such as GPS systems and laser scanners is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication skills are also necessary as you will be working closely with other team members and clients.
