Barista - Part Time (Mombasa, Kenya)

As a part-time Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Educate customers on our different coffee blends and brewing methods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
