Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator

We are hiring a Merchandiser - Retail Coordinator to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the merchandising and promotional strategies for our retail stores. Your main objective will be to ensure that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in order to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement or promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis purposes
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Our office is located in Eschen, Liechtenstein which offers a beautiful and peaceful setting while still being in close proximity to major cities in Europe.
