We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests by taking orders, answering questions, and handling any concerns or complaints
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide recommendations to customers
- Handle payments accurately using cash registers or other payment systems
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
