Job Title: Temporary Waiter in Isa Town


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Temporary Waiter to join our team for a short-term position in Isa Town. As a Temporary Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to customer requests
- Ensure tables are set up properly, clean, and sanitized before seating guests
- Check on guests regularly throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain health standards
- Assist with cleaning duties including resetting tables, sweeping floors, etc.
