Surveyor - Land Surveying Technician

We are a well-established land surveying company in Eldoret, seeking a skilled and motivated Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will work on a variety of projects, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout. You will be responsible for setting up and operating survey equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and producing accurate survey reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data on property boundaries, topography, structures, utilities, etc.
- Analyze data and prepare accurate reports for clients
- Assist with preparing legal documents for land transactions or disputes
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Kenya.
