Head Chef - Randers, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our restaurant in Randers, Denmark. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's style and cuisine
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to maintain menu offerings
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following all food safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
