Computer Support Specialist (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a rapidly growing technology company based in Dickirch and we are seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to operating systems, networks, printers, and other computer peripherals
- Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems
- Training customers on how to use various hardware and software systems effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems including operating systems, networking protocols, and office applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is an onsite position located in Dickirch. We provide accommodation for our employees if needed.

Visa Requirements:
We require candidates to have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.

Note: This position is open exclusively for Indian nationals. Fluency in English is not required but considered an asset.
