Waiter/Waitress

We are searching for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Utena, Nepal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all our guests, taking food and drink orders, and delivering them promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and correctly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and set up tables for new guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in Nepali or English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
