Equipment Operator - Shan


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in the construction and maintenance of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and on schedule
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
