Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor in Almada, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your main duties will include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and supervising a team of warehouse workers. This position requires previous experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to increase productivity
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with inventory management software is preferred
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
