Computer Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshoot computer issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles
- Train users on new systems or software
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software supplies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1500/month, negotiable based on experience.

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Israel.

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Accommodation will not be provided, however, assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Israeli candidates.
