We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of the construction process. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
