English Language Tutor


As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. You will create personalized lesson plans, provide feedback and assessments, and track student progress. This position is based in Bungoma, Kenya but is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on student needs and goals
- Conduct tutoring sessions in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to students
- Keep track of student progress and adjust lessons accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student's progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Stay updated on current English language teaching methods and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher in English language instruction
- Fluent in spoken and written English (ability to speak other languages is a plus)
- Experience working with students of different ages and levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt teaching style to meet student's needs

Salary:
$900 per month
