We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of delicious desserts and pastries. Your main duties will include preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and presenting desserts for our guests. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in pastry making and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- Excellent knowledge of various pastry techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute various desserts and pastries according to menu specifications
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry making
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen area
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new dessert menus based on seasonal availability
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members as needed
- Maintain high quality standards for all pastries served to guests
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operation during service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve pastry-making techniques
