Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing large construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site concerns
- Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah (candidates from India preferred)
