Experienced Barista


As an experienced Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that each customer has a memorable experience at our cafe.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Provide recommendations for coffee blends, pastries, and other menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Familiarity with biometric passport scanning technology is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- A passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
$1600 per month
