Hotel Sales Manager - Acre, Israel
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy levels by effectively promoting the hotel to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets and goals
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients, including corporate companies, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to showcase the hotel's amenities and services
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Acre, Israel. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with English language proficiency.
